How It Works: Dual Separation and Angled Connection

The heat carrier enters through one port, flows into an expanded separation chamber and exits through a port at 90° — hence the name «angled». Inside the chamber, two parallel processes take place. The first is gravitational: the flow velocity drops and heavy particles (sand, rust, mineral deposits) settle into the lower collection chamber. The second is magnetic: the neodymium rod attracts magnetite Fe₃O₄ particles, which are too light and fine for gravitational settling but are reliably held by the magnetic field. To drain the accumulated sediment — open the bottom drain valve; to clean the magnet — remove the rod, wipe off the black deposit, return it to its position.
