Pellet boiler Termojet Ignis Pro 15 Plus, 15 kW

Termojet Ignis Pro 15 Plus is an automatic wood pellet boiler with a rated output of 15 kW, suitable for a house of roughly up to 150 m². You fill the hopper and the boiler runs on its own: it lights up, holds the set temperature, reduces its output instead of going out and re-igniting, cleans the grate itself and shuts down once the house is warm. What is left for the owner is topping up pellets and a weekly clean.

Automation instead of daily work

The OXI 1.0S/2.0S controller ignites the boiler, runs the combustion, shuts it down and cleans up after itself: the moving grate pushes the clinker out of the chamber every time, so only the ash pan has to be emptied. The Wi-Fi module is included — the app shows temperature and current output, lets you change settings, start or stop the boiler and review operating charts.

It modulates instead of switching off

Smooth modulation from 4.3 to 15.2 kW: as the set temperature approaches, the boiler reduces the fuel feed instead of shutting down. Fewer ignition cycles mean fewer pellets burned and less wear on the igniter.

How long the hopper lasts

The built-in 53 l hopper holds about 34 kg of pellets — between 9 and 32 hours of operation. With the optional 49 l extension that becomes roughly 66 kg, or 18 to 63 hours. The first figure is full output, the second is minimum output; calculated for A1 pellets with a bulk density of 650 kg/m³ and the tested consumption of 1.05–3.62 kg/h. Boiler and hopper stand as a single block occupying 445 × 720 mm of floor — no separate space for the hopper is needed.

Clean combustion, confirmed by testing

Class 5 to PN-EN 303-5 and Ecodesign (EU) 2015/1189, energy efficiency class A+ (EEI 115.68). The figures come from accredited testing at ZETOM Katowice (reports B/2026/507K and B/2026/509K), not from a brochure.

Five stages of flashback protection

A moving grate, a fire break in the feed line, forced draught, a temperature sensor on the feeder and a fusible hose that cuts the hopper off from the fire. In a power cut the boiler safely burns out the fuel dose already fed.

Scope of delivery

Boiler with the OXI MINI (MN 12) burner, OXI 1.0S/2.0S controller with Wi-Fi module, flue gas extraction fan, Ø 70 mm screw feeder 1.5 m long, 1 m fusible corrugated hose, 360° burner elbow, boiler temperature sensor with wiring, manual with warranty card. The 1.5 bar safety valve (DN 15) and the rest of the safety group are selected and fitted by the installer — they are not part of the boiler set.

What the hookup needs

The manual's diagrams show the full assembly. The key part is return temperature protection: the return line must stay at or above 55 °C, otherwise condensate settles on the heat exchanger. Then a circulation pump (15 kW at a 15 K differential needs about 0.86 m³/h), a GS-25 hydraulic separator if there is more than one circuit, and a Mini 2+1 distribution manifold rated for 25 kW. A DN25 dirt separator goes in front of the boiler, an automatic air vent at the highest point.

An underfloor circuit needs its own mixing: a pump group with a 25–55 °C thermostatic valve (its limit is exactly 15 kW at a 10 K differential) or a TJ-MU-25 mixing unit. Do not confuse it with return protection: the first mixes down for the floor, the second keeps the boiler warm.
