Constant differential pressure (Δp-c). The pump maintains the set pressure differential between the supply and return regardless of the current system load. Δp-c mode is the right choice for boiler rooms where the load of heating or cooling systems fluctuates depending on external conditions.
Proportional differential pressure (Δp-v). The differential pressure decreases proportionally to the flow rate as the load decreases. Δp-v mode minimizes consumption at partial system load and reduces noise level. Recommended for systems with zone control or a daily/seasonal heat consumption schedule.
The ECM motor of the APM-F 50/8 smoothly adjusts its speed to match the current system demand. Unlike unregulated pumps that consume fixed power regardless of load, the APM-F 50/8 uses minimum power in base mode and increases output only when necessary. Electrophoretic coating of the housing protects against corrosion. EPDM seals are designed for the full service life of the pump without replacement. The built-in water cooling of the motor keeps noise levels below 50 dB and ensures a long service life without external maintenance.
For medium-capacity heat pumps with a DN50 primary circuit, the APM-F 50/8 delivers up to 16 m³/h and in Δp-v mode automatically adapts to the variable HP output. What is the difference between APM-F 50/8 and APM-F 50/12?
APM-F 50/8 has a lower maximum head (8 m vs. 12 m) and lower flow rate (16 m³/h vs. 25 m³/h). APM-F 50/8 is suitable for systems with moderate hydraulic resistance and lower heat load — lower power, lower cost, lower consumption.
Is APM-F 50/8 compatible with Termojet pump groups?
