Constant differential pressure (Δp-c). The pump maintains a fixed pressure difference between the supply and return lines regardless of the number of active consumers. The Δp-c mode is the choice for systems requiring stable hydraulics under variable load: a boiler room with multiple circuits, a chiller–fan coil system.
Proportional differential pressure (Δp-v). The differential pressure decreases proportionally with the reduction in flow rate. When part of the system circuits is shut off, the pump automatically reduces its speed — significant savings at partial load. The Δp-v mode is recommended for systems with zone control.
DN50 flanged pumps with an uncontrolled motor run at a single fixed speed and consume constant power regardless of actual load. The APM-F 50/12 with an ECM motor smoothly adjusts its speed: minimum consumption of 25 W in base mode, peak 550 W only at maximum flow. The electrophoretic coating of the casing protects against corrosion, EPDM seals require no replacement, and the operating noise level is up to 50 dB. Water cooling of the motor guarantees a long service life without external maintenance.

What is the difference between APM-F 50/8 and APM-F 50/12?
The APM-F 50/12 has a higher maximum head (12 m vs. 8 m) and higher maximum power (550 W). Both models have a DN50 flange and are recommended for different hydraulic configurations depending on system resistance.
Can the APM-F 50/12 replace an uncontrolled DN50 pump?
Yes, provided the installation dimensions and flange standard match. After replacement, the ECM motor will automatically reduce consumption at partial load — the payback from the replacement is noticeable already in the first season.
