Circulator pump Termojet AUTO energy-saving APM-F 50/10-280 mm

Termojet AUTO APM-F 50/10-280 mm circulating pump — a large flanged circulating pump of the APM-F series with an ECM motor and electrophoretic anti-corrosion housing coating. Flanged connection DN50, installation length 280 mm, maximum head 10 m, maximum flow rate 25 m³/h. Designed for commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems where small-size threaded pumps are insufficient.

Operating modes and control

Constant differential pressure — Δp-c. The pump maintains a set pressure difference between the supply and return pipework regardless of flow rate. Standard choice for large radiator and heating systems with thermostatic control.

Proportional differential pressure — Δp-v. When the flow rate decreases, the pump proportionally reduces pressure and electricity consumption. Recommended for systems with variable load: large underfloor systems, combined circuits, facilities with weather-compensated control.

The motor shaft is installed horizontally. The heat carrier must be a clean liquid free of solid particles and mineral oils, chemically neutral, with properties close to water.

Why ECM is more advantageous than an unregulated pump

An unregulated DN50 pump of comparable capacity consumes constant power regardless of load. The APM-F 50/10 consumes 20–435 W depending on the current load: when the flow rate decreases, consumption is significantly reduced. The energy efficiency index EEI < 0,21 confirms the energy-saving equipment class.

Wet rotor technology and water-cooled motor: no shaft seals, no wearing parts — the pump requires no maintenance. The electrophoretic housing coating protects against corrosion in long-term operation.

Does the APM-F 50/10 require a three-phase supply?
No. The APM-F 50/10 pump is powered by a single-phase supply 230 V ± 10% / 50 Hz. Three-phase power is not required — this simplifies installation in boiler rooms without three-phase wiring.
