Pump group with thermostatic valve NG-46 in EPP BLACK thermal insulation — a pre-assembled Termojet unit for circuits requiring precise supply temperature maintenance without boiler room automation. The three-way thermostatic valve 25–55 °C blends cooled return water and maintains the set temperature, while the proprietary EPP BLACK jacket minimises heat losses in the boiler room and gives the unit a neat appearance.

The operating principle is based on passive return water blending: as soon as the supply temperature exceeds the set point, the thermostatic mixer adds cooled coolant from the return line. Control without electricity — the valve responds to the coolant temperature mechanically, with no actuators or controllers. Valves with thermometers 0–120 °C on the supply and return allow the mode to be monitored and the circuit to be isolated for maintenance without draining the system. The built-in check valve prevents parasitic circulation between adjacent circuits.

Typical scenarios: underfloor heating (it is critical to keep the temperature below 55 °C), low-temperature radiator heating, systems with solid-fuel and gas boilers.
