Distribution manifold K22VN.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for distributing heating fluid from the boiler to several consumers. The 2+1 configuration with combined top and bottom outlets allows pump groups to be routed in two directions, which is especially convenient in a boiler room with limited space. Flow capacity — up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

A boiler-room manifold is a double header: supply line and return line in one body. Heating fluid from the heat generator (connection 1¼″) enters and is distributed to the circuits (connection 1″). The centre-to-centre distance between stubs is 125 mm, the industry standard, so Termojet pump groups mount directly without adapters. Outlets in both directions shorten the length of pipe runs and simplify boiler-room layout.

Typical scenarios: a private-house boiler room with two or three circuits — underfloor heating and radiators, where top and bottom outlets conveniently accommodate different distribution directions. On the top outlets, for example, a NG-46 pump group with thermostatic valve 25–55 °C in EPP BLACK is mounted for underfloor heating; on the bottom outlets — a direct group for radiators. With multiple pumped circuits, it is advisable to install a hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ before the manifold.

Advantages of the Termojet manifold:

Technical specifications: number of outlets — 2+1 (top and bottom), maximum capacity 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C, maximum flow rate Gmax 7.2 m³/h, boiler connection — 1¼″, circuit connections — 1″, centre-to-centre distance — 125 mm.

Versions with top-only or bottom-only outlets, and models for 3–5 circuits, are available in the Termojet distribution manifold catalogue.

Termojet distribution units are equally effective in low-temperature systems: if you are designing heating with a heat pump, explore the Termojet heat pump range.

Frequently asked questions

When should you choose top+bottom outlets instead of single-direction?
When pump groups or pipe runs of different circuits go in opposite directions — the combined configuration avoids unnecessary bends and reduces total pipeline length.

Is a hydraulic separator required for this manifold?
If the system has two or more independent pumped circuits — yes, a hydraulic separator before the manifold will prevent mutual interference between pumps. The alternative is the KGS series with a built-in hydraulic separator.
