Cabinet Selection Principle

Each Termojet cabinet corresponds to a specific range of manifold outlets. Cabinet No. 04 is designed for a manifold with 10 or 12 circuits. The 795 mm cabinet width is sufficient to accommodate a manifold up to 660 mm long (12 outlets × 50 mm pitch + 60 mm for end connectors) together with connections and air vents. The 110 mm depth is for recessed installation: the cabinet fits fully into the niche with the front face flush with the wall. The doors open to provide access to flow meters, valves, or thermal actuators at any time without breaking into the wall.

If a wall niche is not available (brick, concrete without chasing capability, or renovation constraints), choose the surface-mounted manifold cabinet No. 04 — it mounts on the wall surface and measures 795 mm wide, 600 mm high, and 125 mm deep.

Applications

• New construction. The cabinet niche is built in during partition construction before plastering — the simplest and neatest option. The cabinet is installed before the manifold.
• Renovation. A niche of the required size is cut into a brick or aerated-concrete wall. The 110 mm depth is less than the standard brick width, so chasing is done without risk to load-bearing capacity.
• Utility room or corridor. The cabinet is placed where there is convenient access for balancing and servicing the underfloor heating system.
• System with 10–12 circuits. A large house of 150–250 m² — 10–12 independent underfloor heating zones fit in a single cabinet.
