The Termojet TJ-R-W-07 manifold with 7 outlets and ball valves is a solution for underfloor heating systems where reliable shut-off isolation of each circuit is required without flow balancing. Profile DN40 in stainless steel AISI 304, wall thickness 1,6 mm, length 430 mm. Main connection — G 1", outlets — G 3/4" Eurocone. Working pressure up to 10 bar, temperature up to 110°C.

Operating Principle

The manifold distributes the heat carrier from a pump-mixing unit or heat pump across 7 floor circuits. Each outlet is fitted with a ball valve: fully open — maximum flow, closed — complete circuit isolation. This allows a single circuit to be shut off for repair, maintenance, or when a particular zone is temporarily not in use — without stopping the entire system. The M30×1.5 socket allows thermal actuators to be installed for automatic opening and closing of the circuit on a thermostat signal.

The heat pump supplies the heat carrier at a temperature of 35–45°C — precisely the range in which underfloor heating operates most efficiently and the heat pump achieves maximum COP. The TJ-R-W-07 manifold distributes the low-temperature heat carrier across 7 circuits. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a manifold with ball valves and a manifold with flow meters?
A ball valve only opens or closes the circuit. A flow meter shows the actual flow rate in l/min and allows precise balancing of the system when circuit lengths differ. If the loops are the same length — a manifold with ball valves is sufficient. If the circuits differ significantly — choose the manifold with flow meters for 7 outlets.

Can thermal actuators be installed on a manifold with ball valves?
Yes. The M30×1.5 socket on each outlet accepts a standard thermal actuator. The actuator replaces the manual valve: it opens on a thermostat signal and closes the circuit when the set temperature is reached. Compatible thermal actuators with M30×1.5 thread fit without adapters.
