Operating Principle

The manifold distributes the heat carrier from a pump-mixing unit or heat pump across 7 floor circuits. Each outlet is fitted with a ball valve: fully open — maximum flow, closed — complete circuit isolation. This allows a single circuit to be shut off for repair, maintenance, or when a particular zone is temporarily not in use — without stopping the entire system. The M30×1.5 socket allows thermal actuators to be installed for automatic opening and closing of the circuit on a thermostat signal.

Applications

• Systems with equal circuits. If all 7 loops are laid at approximately the same length in similar rooms — the hydraulic resistance is equal and the flow will naturally distribute evenly without additional balancing.
• Apartment or small house. When the number of circuits is small and the difference in loop lengths is minimal — a manifold with ball valves is a practical and cost-effective solution.
