Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 6+1 up+down M62UD150(300)

Distribution manifold К62ВН.150(300) — the most branched Termojet assembly in the 150 mm series: configuration 6+1 with outlets up and down allows up to seven heat consumers with different parameters to be connected. Boiler connection 2″ provides flow capacity up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

The manifold operates as a double header: supply and return lines in one body, the heat carrier from the heat generator is distributed to circuits with 1¼″ outlets. The combined two-tier arrangement of outlets — up and down — saves wall width: seven pump circuits are arranged compactly and pipe runs come out shorter. Centre-to-centre distance of the connections — 150 mm, for large-size pump groups.

Fields of application: industrial and commercial boiler rooms, hotels and administrative buildings with many heating zones, boiler cascades, systems with buffer tanks and separate ventilation circuits. With seven pump circuits, hydraulic separation is critical — it is provided by the hydraulic separator GS-28 2″, and for flanged systems — by the hydraulic separator GS-30.
