The K62VN.125(200) manifold is a Termojet insulated unit with a 6+1 configuration and combined upward and downward outlets for boiler rooms where six or more consumers with different parameters are supplied from a single heat source. Flow capacity — up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C.
The manifold operates as a twin header: the supply and return lines are combined in a single body, and the heat-transfer fluid from the boiler (1¼″ connection) is distributed to circuits via 1″ outlets. The combined outlet arrangement allows pump groups to be laid out on two levels — above and below the manifold — and noticeably shortens pipework runs even in a cramped boiler room. The centre-to-centre spacing of the ports is 125 mm, the standard for Termojet pump groups; wall-mounting brackets are included.
Applications: large private houses and commercial premises with many circuits — underfloor heating across floors, radiator branches, domestic hot-water cylinder, ventilation, swimming pool; multi-circuit low-temperature systems with a heat pump — see Termojet heat pumps.
