Manifold K42V.150(300) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for powerful boiler rooms: configuration 4+1 with upward outlets, flow capacity up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The series with increased centre-to-centre spacing of 150 mm is designed for larger pump groups and high heat-carrier flow rates.

The manifold operates as a double comb: supply and return lines in one housing, the heat-carrier from the boiler (2″ connection) is distributed to circuits with 1¼″ outlets. All outlets are directed upward — pump groups are arranged in a single tier above the manifold, providing a simple and clear pipework layout. Centre-to-centre spacing of circuit connection nozzles — 150 mm, with provision for additional equipment connection FV ½″, brackets are included in the delivery set.

Applications: boiler rooms of commercial and industrial facilities, multi-circuit systems of large buildings, boiler cascades, systems with buffer tanks. The manifold is also suitable for powerful low-temperature systems with a heat pump — see Termojet heat pumps. For lower-capacity boiler rooms, 125 mm standard models are suitable — manifold K32V.125 for 3+1 circuits or K22V.125 for 2+1 circuits.
