Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 4+1 down M42D125(240)

Manifold K42N.125(240) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for 4+1 circuits with downward outlets for high-capacity boiler rooms: up to 105 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 210 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The enlarged 1½″ boiler connection provides capacity headroom for large residential and commercial buildings.

Operating principle is standard for a boiler-room manifold: supply and return lines in a single housing; the heat carrier from the heat generator is distributed to four main circuits with 1″ outlets and one additional outlet. The centre-to-centre spacing of the circuit connection ports is 125 mm, so Termojet pump groups mount directly without adapters. A connection for additional equipment G ½″ is provided; wall-mounting brackets are included in the delivery scope.

Downward outlets are appropriate when pipework runs below the manifold or space above it is limited. Application scenarios: large-area residential building with underfloor heating, radiators, a DHW boiler, and ventilation; small commercial buildings; low-temperature systems with a heat pump — see Termojet heat pumps.
