Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 4+1 down M42D125(200)

Manifold K42N.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation in a 4+1 configuration with downward outlets for distributing heat carrier from the boiler to multiple consumers with different parameters. Flow capacity — up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C, sufficient for a house with four to five circuits.

Structurally, a boiler room manifold is a double header: supply line and return line in a single body. Heat carrier from the heat generator (1¼″ connection) is distributed to circuits with 1″ outlets, to which pump groups are attached. Centre-to-centre distance between ports — 125 mm, the industry standard, so Termojet pump groups mount directly without adapters. An additional equipment connection G ½″ is provided; wall mounting brackets are included in the delivery set.

Downward outlets are chosen when circuit pipework runs below the manifold or there is little space above it — a typical situation for boiler rooms with a top-mounted boiler. Scenarios: underfloor heating, two radiator branches, a DHW boiler plus an additional outlet for ventilation or a pool.
