Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 2+1 up M22U125(240)

Distribution manifold K22V.125(240) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation, 2+1 configuration with top outlets and an enlarged boiler connection of 1½″. This is an enhanced two-circuit manifold: capacity reaches 105 kW at ΔT=10 °C and 210 kW at ΔT=20 °C — with headroom for a powerful heat generator or cascade.

The operating principle is standard for a boiler room header: the supply and return lines are combined in one body, the heat carrier from the boiler is distributed to circuits with 1″ outlets to which pump groups are attached. The centre-to-centre distance of the circuit connection ports is 125 mm — the industry standard — so Termojet pump groups are mounted directly. An additional equipment connection G ½″ is provided — for example for a pressure gauge or sensor; wall-mounting brackets are included in the delivery set.

Top outlets are convenient when pump groups and pipework are located above the manifold. Application scenarios: two main circuits — radiators and underfloor heating — plus an additional outlet for a DHW boiler in homes with a powerful heat source.
