Manifold K42VN.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for 4+1 circuits with combined upward and downward outlets. It distributes heat carrier from the boiler to five consumers with different parameters and handles 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C.
Operating principle — a double header: supply and return lines in one body, heat carrier from the heat generator (1¼″ connection) branches out to circuits with 1″ outlets. The combined outlet arrangement allows pump groups to be distributed over two tiers — above and below the manifold — and noticeably shortens pipe runs even in a compact boiler room. Centre-to-centre distance between ports — 125 mm, the standard for Termojet pump groups.
Application scenarios: a house with underfloor heating, radiators, a DHW boiler and ventilation; multi-circuit boiler rooms, including low-temperature systems with a heat pump where several circuits are fed from one source — see Termojet heat pumps. With several pump circuits the system requires hydraulic separation — this is provided by the hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ with the same connection size as the boiler connection.

Why outlets both upward and downward?
To distribute pump groups over two tiers: some circuits go upward, some go downward. This saves wall space and pipe length in the boiler room.
Is a hydraulic separator required?
Yes, with several pump circuits hydraulic separation is mandatory — install the hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ before the manifold, or choose a KGS-series manifold with an integrated separator.
