Booster pump Termojet SILENCER 300 — an intelligent booster pump in a noise-insulated housing for automatic pressure boosting of cold and drinking water in an apartment, private house, or irrigation system. Connection 1″×1″, power 0,32 kW, maximum head 32 m, maximum flow rate 3,6 m³/h. A permanent magnet (PM) motor and built-in variable frequency drive ensure stable pressure and low noise level from 45 dB.

Operating Modes and Automation

Variable frequency control (automatic mode). The built-in variable frequency drive automatically adjusts the pump speed depending on the current water draw: when a tap is opened, the pump smoothly increases speed and maintains the set pressure; when closed — it smoothly decreases, avoiding water hammer in the pipeline. Pressure remains stable regardless of the number of simultaneously open draw points.

Dry run protection. The pump automatically shuts off in the absence of water — the motor and seals are protected from damage when the pipeline is empty. Protection against overload, over- and under-voltage, and leakage increases reliability under various grid conditions.

Why a PM Motor and Noise Insulation Matter

Traditional booster pumps with an asynchronous motor produce a characteristic hum and consume excess electricity even at minimum water draw. The Termojet SILENCER 300 permanent magnet motor smoothly regulates speed from minimum to maximum: no constant hum, no excess consumption. The noise-insulated housing additionally dampens vibrations — the pump is suitable for installation in an apartment or in a boiler room adjacent to living quarters.

Frequently Asked Questions

At what inlet pressure does the SILENCER 300 operate?
The pump is designed for a wide supply range of 160–260 V. For correct operation, at least minimal inlet pressure is required — the pump does not draw water from open tanks without a special configuration. At zero pressure (dry run) the pump automatically shuts off.

Is the SILENCER 300 suitable for drinking water?
Yes, the pump is designed to work with clean water suitable for drinking water supply. The temperature range 2–65°C covers cold and warm water in DHW systems.
