Operating principle. Wastewater flows by gravity into a sealed polyethylene tank with a volume of 20 l. A level sensor detects filling and activates the submersible pump with a cutting mechanism. The ground wastewater is pumped through a pressure pipe with a maximum head of 13 m and a flow rate of up to 26 m³/h. After pumping, the pump switches off automatically. An intelligent control unit with an LCD display shows the system status and logs faults. An audible and visual alarm activates upon overload, dry run, phase loss, or voltage drop.
