Circulating pump Termojet AUTO APE 25/80/130 mm — an energy-saving circulating pump with an ECM permanent-magnet motor and wet rotor for radiator heating and underfloor heating systems with high hydraulic resistance. Installation length 130 mm, threaded connection 1″ BSP (internal thread of union nut), power consumption 5–65 W, maximum head 8 m, flow rate up to 3.6 m³/h.

Constant differential pressure (Δp-c). The pump maintains the set pressure difference between the supply and return regardless of the degree of opening of thermostatic valves. Δp-c mode is the choice for radiator systems: even when most valves are closed, the pump does not force the heating fluid through at excessive pressure.
Proportional differential pressure (Δp-v). The differential pressure decreases proportionally to the flow rate. When the underfloor controller closes some circuits, the pump reduces its speed — lower noise, lower consumption. The optimal mode for underfloor heating and mixed systems.
A traditional 3-speed pump consumes 80–100 W continuously. The ECM motor of APE 25/80 uses from 5 to 65 W depending on the actual load — the pump does not ‘speed up’ unnecessarily. In a real system, average consumption in a typical heating mode is significantly below the maximum. Wet-rotor technology means no shaft seals or lubrication: the heating fluid washes the rotor, cooling and lubricating it. Quiet operation, zero maintenance.
An extensive underfloor heating or low-temperature radiator system with a heat pump requires a pump with a head of at least 6 m. APE 25/80 in Δp-v mode automatically adapts to the variable load of the heat pump and does not increase the overall system consumption beyond what is necessary. For compatible equipment — Termojet heat pumps.
How does APE 25/80 differ from APE 25/40?
The main difference is head: 8 m vs 4 m. APE 25/80 is suitable for systems with higher hydraulic resistance: long underfloor heating loops, branched radiator circuits in large buildings, systems with a buffer tank. Power consumption is also higher: up to 65 W vs 25 W at maximum mode.
Is APE 25/80 compatible with Termojet 130 mm pump groups?
Yes, the installation length of 130 mm and 1″ BSP connection are the standard for NG-46 and NG-48. Browse the full pump group catalogue.
