Pump group with mixer NG-52.150 — a Termojet unit of enlarged size 1¼″ BSP for high-capacity heating circuits up to 85 kW that require supply temperature control from boiler room automation. The three-way valve with electric actuator smoothly regulates the supply temperature, while the high flow capacity Kvs 10.3 m³/h ensures low hydraulic resistance.

Operating principle: the boiler room automation sends a command to the electric actuator, which rotates the three-way mixing valve and blends cooled return water into the supply — the circuit temperature precisely matches the setpoint, including in weather-compensated modes. Ball valves with thermometers on supply and return lines show the actual operating conditions and allow the circuit to be isolated for servicing; the built-in check valve eliminates parasitic circulation; the thermal insulation jacket reduces heat losses.

Applications: high-capacity underfloor heating, radiator branches of large buildings, circuits with weather-compensated control, and low-temperature systems with a heat pump — see Termojet heat pumps.
