Pump group with mixer NG-48 — a pre-assembled Termojet unit with a 1″ female thread connection in proprietary EPP BLACK thermal insulation for circuits requiring control of the heat-carrier temperature from the boiler room automation. A three-way valve with a 220 V electric servo actuator is already included — the unit is ready for connection to a controller immediately after installation.

Operating principle: the boiler room automation issues commands to the servo actuator, which turns the three-way mixing valve and mixes the cooled return line into the supply line — the circuit receives exactly the temperature set by the controller, including according to a weather-dependent curve. Valves with thermometers 0–120 °C on the supply and return lines provide visual control of the mode and allow the circuit to be shut off for maintenance, the built-in check valve eliminates parasitic circulation, and the union nut connections make installation and servicing fast.

Areas of application: underfloor heating with precise temperature maintenance, radiator heating with weather-dependent control, multi-circuit boiler rooms with a single automation system. Frequently asked questions

Does the NG-48 work without boiler room automation?
The 220 V servo actuator requires commands from an external controller. Without automation, choose the NG-48A with a built-in controller actuator or a group with a thermostatic valve.

Is the circulation pump included?
No, the pump is purchased separately. The fitting length is 180 mm; the energy-saving Termojet APE 25-60 (180 mm) is the optimal fit.
