Operating Principle and Balancing

In a system with twelve circuits, the difference between the shortest and longest loop can exceed 50–80 m. Without balancing, the short loops "pull" the flow away and the long ones remain cold. Each flow meter with a float indicator displays the instantaneous flow rate in l/min and allows the return manifold valve to be set to the required value for each circuit individually. After balancing, the system heats up evenly across the entire area — from the corridor to the bedroom on the second floor.

It depends on the heat source. When operating from a boiler with a supply temperature of 70–80°C — the mixing unit for the manifold is mandatory: it reduces the heat carrier temperature to the pipe-safe range of 35–45°C. With a heat pump — the system is already low-temperature, and the unit may not be needed or is used for hydraulic separation of circuits.

Which cabinet is suitable for a 12-outlet manifold?
For recessed installation, the manifold cabinet №04 (795×575×110 mm) is suitable. If a mixing unit is installed next to the manifold — choose cabinet №05 or place the unit in an adjacent recess.
