The Termojet TJ-W manifold with 11 outlets is designed for large underfloor heating systems: large private houses, townhouses, or commercial premises with numerous zones. Made of stainless steel AISI 304, wall thickness 1.6 mm, manifold length — 630 mm. Each of the 11 outlets has a flow meter 0–5 l/min, allowing individual balancing of each circuit regardless of its length. All 11 sockets of the return manifold comply with the M30×1.5 standard for thermostatic actuators.

Operating Principle and Balancing

In large systems with 11 circuits, the difference in loop length can reach hundreds of metres: the shortest circuit (e.g., a 5 m² bathroom) and the longest (a 30 m² living room) have fundamentally different hydraulic resistance. Without balancing, the short loop "consumes" all the flow and the floor in the living room remains cold. Flow meters 0–5 l/min on each supply outlet allow setting the required flow rate on each circuit according to the rotameter reading — the system is balanced within an hour of commissioning. The M30×1.5 sockets accept standard thermostatic actuators, so each of the 11 zones can be controlled by a separate thermostat.
