Module Termojet BOX3 in thermal insulation (CM3) UPS

The Termojet BOX3 Module (KM3) is a compact boiler-room unit combining a hydraulic separator and distribution manifold for 3 circuits in a single housing. It delivers up to 20 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 30 kW at ΔT=20 °C — ideal for private homes up to 200–250 m².

Operating principle: the unit hydraulically separates the primary boiler circuit from the secondary consumer circuits, eliminating pump interference. Simultaneously, the manifold section distributes the heat carrier across three circuits: boiler connection — 1″, circuit connections — 1½″ via quick-release couplings, allowing a pump group to be replaced in minutes without welding or draining the system. The XPE thermal insulation jacket minimises heat losses. Overall dimensions of the finished unit: 600×500 mm, working pressure up to 10 bar.

Applications: boiler rooms with three consumers — underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler; systems with gas or solid-fuel boilers. A separate Termojet BOX pump group is connected to each circuit — for example, NG-38 with mixer for underfloor heating or NG-37 straight for the radiator circuit.
