Module Termojet BOX2 in thermal insulation (CM2) UPS

Termojet BOX2 module (KM2) — compact distribution unit with hydraulic separator function for 2 circuits in XPE thermal insulation. The fully assembled block connects to the boiler (1″) and to BOX series pump groups via 1½″ quick-connect fittings — boiler room pipework for two independent consumers without additional welding or pipe-cutting work.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator eliminates the mutual influence of circuit pumps on the boiler pump. Each secondary circuit receives its design flow rate, the boiler does not sense changes in hydraulic resistance of consumers and operates in stable mode. Circuit connection via 1½″ compression quick-connect fittings reduces installation time to a minimum — no flaring or caulking required. The XPE thermal insulation jacket reduces heat losses in the boiler room and protects the unit from condensation.

Typical scenarios: boiler room with underfloor heating and a radiator circuit, facilities with two consumers at different temperatures — in both cases the BOX2 module acts as the pipework centre to which pump groups NG-36 with thermostatic valve or NG-38 with mixer are connected.
