Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 8+1 up+down M82UD125(200)

The K82VN.125(200) manifold is the largest model in the series with the 125 mm standard: eight main outlets plus one auxiliary, outlets directed upward and downward simultaneously. Flow capacity — up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C, maximum flow rate Gmax 7,2 m³/h. The solution for boiler rooms with many independent heating zones.

Constructively it is a large-format twin manifold: the supply and return lines in a single body, boiler connection 1¼″, eight outlets for 1″ circuits. The combined outlet arrangement — some upward, some downward — allows pump groups to be routed in two directions and shortens pipework runs in the boiler room even with a very dense layout. The centre-to-centre spacing of the ports is 125 mm, the industry standard, so Termojet pump groups mount without adapters.

Applications: large private houses or cottage complexes with eight or more circuits (several underfloor heating zones, zone radiator heating, domestic hot-water cylinder, swimming pool, ventilation), hotels and townhouses, office buildings with individual zones. A GS-26 hydraulic separator 1¼″ is installed before the manifold for hydraulic separation of the boiler and consumers. Up to eight independent pump circuits plus one auxiliary. Each main outlet is designed for a pump group with its own pump and thermostat.

Why are up-and-down outlets more convenient than outlets in one direction only?
Combined outlets allow circuit routing in two directions — the boiler room looks neater and pipework is shorter. If all circuits run in one direction, the upward-only or downward-only model is sufficient.
