Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 5+1 up M52U150(300)

Distribution manifold К52В.150(300) — a Termojet header for large boiler rooms: 5+1 circuits with top outlets, boiler connection 2″, flow capacity up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The assembly in thermal insulation distributes the heat carrier from the heat source to six consumers with different parameters at once.

Design — double header: supply and return lines in one body. The heat carrier from the boiler or cascade enters through the 2″ connection and is distributed to circuits with 1¼″ outlets and a centre-to-centre distance of 150 mm — the standard for large-size pump groups. Auxiliary equipment connection ¼″ is provided; wall-mounting brackets are included.

Applications: commercial buildings and industrial premises with multiple heating and ventilation branches, cascade boiler rooms, hotels and office centres, systems with buffer tanks. In high-capacity heat pump systems the manifold distributes large low-temperature flows to individual pump circuits — see Termojet heat pumps. In such a system a hydraulic separator GS-28 2″ is installed upstream of the manifold, and circuits are equipped with groups from the Termojet pump groups catalogue.
