Distribution manifold K52V.125(240) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for distributing heat carrier across five main circuits plus one additional outlet, all outlets upward. Thanks to the boiler connection of 1½″, the manifold delivers up to 105 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 210 kW at ΔT=20 °C at Gmax 9.1 m³/h — the optimal solution for large boiler rooms with powerful heat sources.

Operating principle — standard twin-header design: supply and return lines in one housing, heat carrier from the boiler (1½″) is distributed to five circuit outlets of 1″. A pump group with its own temperature level is attached to each outlet. The centre-to-centre distance of circuit connection ports is 125 mm, the Termojet pump group standard — installation without adapters. An additional equipment connection G ½″ is provided — for a pressure gauge, pressure sensor, or thermometer.

Upward outlets are convenient when pump groups and circuit pipework run above the manifold level. Typical application scenarios: a large house or cottage with five zones (several underfloor heating zones, radiators, DHW, swimming pool), medium-capacity commercial facilities with separate zones. A hydraulic separator GS-27 1½″ is installed before the manifold — its connection size matches the boiler connection. Why is the boiler connection on this manifold 1½″ and not 1¼″?
The larger size provides a greater flow volume — up to 9.1 m³/h and 210 kW at ΔT=20 °C. If the boiler is connected via 1¼″, an adapter will be required; if via 1½″ — the connection is direct.

Are 125 mm pump groups compatible with this manifold?
Yes. The circuit outlets have a centre-to-centre distance of 125 mm and a 1″ thread, which matches the standard of NG-46, NG-47 and other pump group series.
