Manifold K52V.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation in a 5+1 configuration with upward outlets for boiler rooms with five or more heat consumers. Despite the number of outlets, the flow capacity is balanced: up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C at a maximum flow rate Gmax 7.2 m³/h.

Construction — a double header: supply and return lines in a single body, heat carrier from the boiler is distributed to five main circuits and one additional outlet FR ½″. Centre-to-centre distance between ports — 125 mm, so Termojet 1″ pump groups connect directly. The outlets are directed upward — convenient for boiler rooms where pump groups are positioned above the manifold or all pipework runs along the ceiling.

Fields of application: large boiler rooms in private houses and small commercial facilities with 5–6 circuits: underfloor heating in multiple zones, radiators, a DHW boiler, a ventilation circuit. Each outlet is equipped with a Termojet pump group — with a thermostatic valve for regulated circuits or a straight group for unregulated ones. For stable hydraulics with five pumps, a hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ must be installed before the manifold.

Is a hydraulic separator mandatory for 5 circuits?
