Distribution manifold К52Н.150(300) — the maximum configuration of the 150 series from Termojet: 5+1 circuits with bottom outlets, boiler connection 2″ and flow capacity up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C. This is a solution for large boiler rooms where five or more independent circuits are supplied from a powerful heat generator or boiler cascade.
150 series header: supply and return lines in a single body, boiler connection 2″, distribution of the heat carrier to five circuits with 1¼″ outlets and a centre-to-centre distance of 150 mm. Additional outlet G ½″ — for a pressure gauge or sensor. Outlets are directed downward: compact routing with bottom pipe routing or when pump groups need to be positioned below the header.
Fields of application: commercial and industrial facilities with multiple heating zones, large installations with a boiler cascade, systems with multi-temperature circuits — underfloor heating in multiple zones, radiator heating, DHW, ventilation, swimming pool. Five large-size groups with 1¼″ connection and 150 mm centre-to-centre. The sixth outlet G ½″ — for auxiliary equipment without a pump group.
Is a hydraulic separator mandatory for five circuits?
Yes, with five independent pump circuits the hydraulic separator GS-28 2″ is required — without it the pumps will interact and the hydraulic balance will be disrupted.
