The K52N.125(200) manifold is a Termojet insulated unit for multi-circuit boiler rooms: the 5+1 configuration with downward outlets allows up to six heat consumers with different parameters to be connected from a single source. Flow capacity — up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C.
The operating principle is that of a twin manifold: the supply and return lines are housed in a single body, and the heat-transfer fluid from the boiler (1¼″ connection) is distributed to circuits via 1″ outlets. The centre-to-centre spacing of the ports is 125 mm, so Termojet pump groups mount directly. A G ½″ auxiliary connection is provided for a pressure gauge, sensor, or air vent.
Downward outlets are chosen when the circuit pipework runs below the manifold or when there is little space above the header — typical for boiler rooms with a top-mounted boiler. Use cases: a large house with underfloor heating in several zones, radiators, and a domestic hot-water cylinder; small commercial premises with ventilation circuits. Floor zones are connected via the NG-46 pump group with thermostatic valve. With five or six pump circuits, a GS-26 hydraulic separator 1¼″ before the manifold is mandatory.
