Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 4+1 up M42U125(240)

Manifold K42V.125(240) — a reinforced Termojet unit with thermal insulation configured as 4+1 with upward outlets. The enlarged boiler connection 1½″ provides a capacity of up to 105 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 210 kW at ΔT=20 °C — the solution for boiler rooms where four to five circuits are required not only by the number of consumers but also by the system capacity.

Operating principle is standard for a boiler-room manifold: supply and return lines are combined in a single housing; the heat carrier from the heat generator is distributed to circuits with 1″ outlets, onto which pump groups are mounted. The centre-to-centre spacing of the ports is 125 mm — the standard for Termojet groups. A connection for additional equipment F ½″ is provided.

Applications: large private residences and commercial buildings with underfloor heating, multiple radiator branches, a DHW boiler, and ventilation. The underfloor circuit is connected via a NG-46 pump group with a thermostatic valve. Hydraulic separation of the system into five pump circuits is ensured by a hydraulic separator GS-27 1½″ — its connection size matches the boiler connection of the manifold.
