Distribution manifold K42V.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for distributing heat-transfer fluid to four main circuits plus one additional outlet, all outlets facing upward. Flow capacity up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C, maximum flow rate Gmax 7.2 m³/h — designed for medium- to large-scale residential boiler rooms.
The boiler-room manifold is structurally a twin-header: supply line and return line in one body; heat-transfer fluid from the heat generator (boiler connection 1¼″) is evenly distributed to four circuit outlets 1″. Centre-to-centre distance between ports — 125 mm, the industry standard — Termojet pump groups mount directly without adapters. Each outlet carries its own pump group at its own temperature level: with a mixer for underfloor heating, straight for radiators or DHW. Additional equipment connection female thread ½″ provided.
Top outlets are convenient when pump groups and pipework run above the manifold — the typical layout of boiler rooms with elevated equipment mounting. Application areas: a house with four or more circuits (multi-zone underfloor heating, radiators, DHW, pool or ventilation), medium-capacity commercial facilities. For hydraulic separation in the boiler room, a hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ is installed before the manifold — its connection size matches the boiler connection. Is a hydraulic separator needed with this manifold?
If pump groups with separate pumps are connected to the manifold — a hydraulic separator is required: it will make the circuits independent and protect the boiler. The alternative is a KGS-series manifold with a built-in hydraulic separator.
