Distribution manifold K42N.150(300) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for high-capacity boiler rooms with a 4+1 downward outlet configuration. The 2″ boiler connection and maximum flow rate Gmax 17,5 m³/h provide throughput capacity of up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C — four powerful independent circuits from a single unit.
Header construction: supply and return lines in a single body; the heat carrier from the boiler (2″) is distributed to four main circuits (1¼″) plus one additional G ½″ outlet. Centre-to-centre spacing of the circuit connection stubs — 150 mm, so increased-size 1¼″ pump groups are used. Downward outlets are the optimal solution for boiler rooms where the pump groups or pipe runs are below the manifold mounting level.
Application areas: large boiler rooms in residential and commercial buildings with four different-temperature circuits: underfloor heating zones, radiator heating, DHW, ventilation or pool heating. For hydraulic separation in a system of this capacity, the hydraulic separator GS-28 2″ is mandatory — its connection size matches the manifold's boiler connection.
