Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 3+1 up M32U150(300)

Distribution manifold K32V.150(300) — a powerful Termojet unit with thermal insulation for 3+1 circuits with upward outlets for high-capacity boiler rooms: up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The 2″ boiler connection and 1¼″ circuits are designed for high heat carrier flow rates in commercial and industrial facilities.

Operating principle: supply and return lines are combined in a single housing of the twin manifold; heat carrier from the heat generator enters through the 2″ port and is distributed to three main circuits with 1¼″ outlets and one additional outlet. Centre-to-centre spacing of circuit connection ports — 150 mm, for oversized pump groups. An additional equipment connection VR ½″ is provided, and wall-mounting brackets are included in the delivery scope.

Applications: cascade boiler rooms, commercial buildings, production facilities, multi-circuit systems with buffer tanks, as well as powerful low-temperature systems with heat pumps — see Termojet heat pumps. The manifold is also used during boiler room refurbishments when several heat sources and consumers need to be integrated into one system with a single manifold. For residential systems with standard 1″ groups, the manifold K32V.125 (3+1 upward, 125 mm centre-to-centre) is intended.
