Manifold K32N.150(300) — a powerful Termojet unit with thermal insulation, boiler connection 2″ and configuration 3+1 with downward outlets. Flow capacity up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C at maximum flow rate Gmax 17.5 m³/h — a solution for industrial boiler rooms, boiler cascades, and large commercial facilities.
Structurally, the manifold is a double-comb of increased size: supply and return lines in one housing, the heat-transfer fluid from a powerful heat generator (2″ connection) is distributed to three circuit outlets 1¼″ plus one additional. Centre-to-centre spacing between nozzles — 150 mm, designed for pump groups and equipment of increased size. Outlets are directed downward — optimal for boiler rooms where circuit pipe routes run below the manifold level, or where the boiler is located in the upper part of the boiler room.
Applications: industrial boiler rooms and commercial facility boiler rooms (hotels, shopping centres, industrial buildings), boiler cascades from 150 kW, systems with powerful solid-fuel boilers and buffer tanks. For hydraulic separation of a system of this capacity, a hydraulic separator GS-28 2″ up to 250 kW is installed before the manifold — its connection size matches the boiler connection.
