Distribution manifold K22VN.150(300) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for high-capacity boiler rooms: boiler connection 2″, circuits 1¼″, capacity up to 175 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The 2+1 configuration with combined upward and downward outlets provides compact pipework distribution even in limited wall space.
Operating principle: supply and return lines are combined in a single housing; heat carrier from the heat generator is distributed to consumers with different parameters, and oversized pump groups are attached to the outlets. Centre-to-centre spacing of circuit connection ports — 150 mm, for powerful 1¼″ groups such as NG-51.150. The combined outlets allow circuits to be distributed across two tiers, reducing pipe run lengths.
Applications: commercial and industrial facilities, large buildings with powerful radiator branches, boiler cascades, systems with buffer tanks. Hydraulic independence of the boiler circuit in systems of this scale is ensured by the hydraulic separator GS-28 2″ with the same connection size.
