Termojet manifold with ball valves, 6 outlets — a distribution unit for underfloor heating systems where heat transfer fluid needs to be distributed across six circuits with the ability to shut off each of them individually. Body made of stainless steel AISI 304, 1.6 mm thick, main connection G 1", outlets G 3/4" Eurocone. The ball valve on each outlet serves both as shut-off hardware during installation or repair and as an initial means of rough balancing between circuits.

The heat transfer fluid enters through the G 1" main inlet and is distributed across six Eurocone outlets. The ball valve on each outlet is fully open during normal system operation; when necessary — repair, flushing, or draining an individual circuit — the valve is closed without stopping the entire system. The absence of rotameters makes the manifold simpler in design and lower in price. The return manifold with thermometers allows monitoring of the return fluid temperature in each circuit and provides an approximate assessment of heating uniformity.
The 6-outlet manifold with valves is fully suitable for use with a heat pump system: the heat pump supplies heat transfer fluid at 35–45°C, the pressure in the circuit does not exceed 3–4 bar — both values are several times lower than the manifold's specifications. When is a valve manifold sufficient, and when are flow meters needed?
Valves are the optimal choice for systems where all circuits are approximately the same length (difference less than 20–30%). If loops differ significantly in length — choose the flow meter version: it allows setting the precise flow rate on each circuit and avoiding uneven heating.
Can flow meters be added to the valve manifold later?
