The Termojet TJ-R-W manifold with 4 outlets is a distribution unit with ball shut-off valves for underfloor heating systems with four circuits. The body is made from stainless steel AISI 304 with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm, length — 280 mm. Each outlet is fitted with a ball valve that allows any circuit to be fully isolated without interfering with the rest of the system. M30×1.5 sockets on the return manifold are provided for thermal actuator installation. A practical solution for compact systems where flow balancing is not a priority.

The manifold distributes the heat-transfer fluid from the supply main to 4 underfloor heating circuits. Each outlet is fitted with a ball shut-off valve — it fully opens or closes the circuit. The return manifold collects the heat-transfer fluid from 4 loops and directs it back into the system. M30×1.5 sockets allow thermal actuators (24V or 230V) to be installed for automatic circuit on/off in response to a room thermostat signal. Unlike the flowmeter version, valves do not allow precise flow adjustment — only opening or closing the circuit.
A heat pump supplies heat-transfer fluid at 35–45°C — this is the temperature window in which maximum COP 4–5 is achieved. The Termojet 4-outlet valve manifold connects directly to the low-temperature circuit of the heat pump, or together with a mixing unit for the manifold when operating from a boiler. When to choose a valve manifold over a flowmeter manifold?
A valve manifold is sufficient if circuits are of similar length (difference no more than 20–30%) and precise flow control is not required. If circuits differ — for example, a living room of 80 m and a bathroom of 25 m — flowmeters are needed. More details in the 4-outlet flowmeter manifold.
Can thermal actuators be fitted to a valve manifold?
Yes. M30×1.5 sockets on the return manifold accept any standard thermal actuator at 24V or 230V. The valve remains in place — it serves for manual maintenance and emergency circuit isolation.
