The Termojet TMV232 thermostatic three-way valve is a passive mixing device with an increased flow coefficient for domestic hot water systems with higher consumption. It maintains the mixed water temperature in the range of 35–60°C with an accuracy of ±2°C. Connection GZ 1" (male thread), flow coefficient Kvs 2,5 m³/h, maximum static pressure — 10 bar. The increased Kvs 2,5 allows simultaneous service of multiple draw-off points without pressure drop.

Hot water from the boiler or storage heater and cold mains water enter through two separate inlets. The built-in thermostatic element automatically regulates the mixing ratio — the outlet temperature is maintained within the set range with an accuracy of ±2°C without any power supply. Scald protection: if cold water fails, the thermostatic element blocks the hot flow — the outlet water remains safe. Kvs 2,5 provides higher flow capacity compared to Kvs 1,6 — lower hydraulic resistance at high consumption.
Heat pumps heat the DHW cylinder to 55–60°C in sanitary protection mode. When to choose Kvs 2,5 instead of Kvs 1,6?
Kvs 1,6 is sufficient for a single bathroom or low consumption volume. Choose Kvs 2,5 when 2–3 draw-off points operate simultaneously, with elevated system pressure, or to reduce hydraulic resistance in a branched DHW circuit.
Is the TMV232 compatible with a DHW recirculation pump?
