The Termojet ABF-ZV3-114 zone 3-way valve is a ready-to-install assembly with a built-in electric actuator for zone control of heating and DHW systems. Operating Principle

When 230V AC is applied to the actuator, the valve rotates the disc 60° — the heat transfer fluid switches between outlets or flow to the heating zone opens. When voltage is removed, the actuator returns to the home position via the return mechanism. Two-position control (2P SPST) means two states: open or closed — no intermediate automation required. The status indicator on the actuator body shows the current position. Manual override allows the valve to be switched manually when de-energised — for commissioning or emergency mode.

• Zone heating in a large building. 1¼" (DN32), Kvs 13 — for the main zone assembly with high flow: switching between zones (floors or wings of the building) from room thermostats.
