How It Works

The thermostat measures temperature using the built-in air sensor or the external floor sensor NTC10K (or both simultaneously). When the temperature drops below the set point, the relay contact closes: it either switches the boiler on directly, or sends a signal to the switching centre TJ-03-C — which opens the actuator for the required zone and starts the boiler and pump. Programming — 7 days, 4 time intervals per day — is configured exclusively via the Smart Life app.

Is the EGW-100 hub required to control HT-120 from a phone?
No. HT-120 has a built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi module and connects to Smart Life directly via your home network. The EGW-100 hub is only needed for devices using the 868 MHz radio channel (wireless thermostats and thermostatic heads).

Can HT-120 be used without a switching centre?
Yes. When connected directly to the boiler, HT-120 controls the entire heating system as a single zone. For independent control of multiple rooms, connect HT-120 to the switching centre TJ-03-C, which supports up to 8 thermostats and 19 actuators.
