Termojet manifold cabinet No. 02 — recessed (built-in) — protects and conceals the underfloor heating manifold with 6–8 outlets in a wall niche. Dimensions 565×575×110 mm (width × height × depth) are designed for a standard 6–8-outlet manifold with or without a pump-mixing unit. Galvanised steel, decorative white-painted door — the cabinet does not spoil the interior and requires no additional finishing.

Purpose and Installation Principle

The cabinet is installed in a wall niche during construction or renovation — before the final finish is applied. The depth of 110 mm matches the thickness of a load-bearing partition or is sufficient for installation in a brick wall with a recess cut. The cabinet bottom is perforated to route pipes into the screed or wall. After the manifold is installed, the door locks shut — the assembly looks neat and remains accessible for servicing without dismantling the finish.

The height of 575 mm is designed for a standard manifold with air vents and drain valves. If a pump-mixing unit is also housed in the cabinet, check its height in advance. The lower edge of the cabinet is recommended to be no less than 300–400 mm above floor level for convenient access to the fittings and flow meters.

• New construction. The cabinet is built into the wall together with the pipe runs from the screed — manifold installation takes place after the walls are erected and before the final finish.
• Major renovation. A niche is cut in a brick or aerated-concrete wall — the cabinet is installed after plastering and before tiling or wallpapering.
• 6-outlet manifold. Standard configuration for an apartment or small house — six circuits are sufficient for 3–4 rooms plus bathroom and hallway. The 6-outlet manifold with flow meters or the 7-outlet manifold fit this cabinet size.

The recessed cabinet No. 02 is installed in a wall niche — a recess at least 110 mm deep is required. If the wall is thin or a niche cannot be made, choose the external manifold cabinet No. 02 (565×600×125 mm): it is fixed to the wall surface without a recess but protrudes 125 mm outward.

Will a pump-mixing unit fit in cabinet No. 02 together with the manifold?
It depends on the size of the unit. Cabinet height is 575 mm, depth is 110 mm. Most pump-mixing units are 150–200 mm wide and are placed beside the manifold. We recommend checking the dimensions of the chosen unit — in particular the pump-mixing unit TJ-MU-40A — before installation. For systems with a mixing unit, it is sometimes more convenient to choose a cabinet one size larger.
