Termojet External Manifold Cabinet No. 06 — a surface-mounted solution for installing an underfloor heating manifold with 14–16 outlets where preparing a wall recess is impossible or impractical. Mounts directly on the wall surface, occupying a depth of 125 mm. Dimensions: 1130 mm × 600 mm × 125 mm (width × height × depth). Body made of galvanised steel with decorative doors. Fully replaces a built-in cabinet where the wall does not allow for a recess.

Purpose and Installation Principle

The external cabinet is fixed to the wall with plugs — no chasing, no dust. The distance from the wall to the front edge of the cabinet with doors closed is 125 mm. The doors open for manifold servicing: checking flow meters, adjusting valves, manually isolating circuits. Space is left between the cabinet and the wall for pipe entry; pipes can enter from any side of the body (top, bottom, sides).

Both cabinets are designed for a 14–16 outlet manifold and share the same width of 1130 mm. Differences:

• Recessed (cabinet No. 06 recessed) — depth 110 mm, height 575 mm, installed flush in a wall recess. Ideal for new builds and major refurbishments.

A pump-mixing unit adds to the overall footprint beside or above the manifold; in cabinet No. 06 this is feasible for compact units.
