Termojet TJ-W-14 manifold with 14 outlets — a distribution unit for large underfloor heating systems: houses with 10–14 floor circuits or for facilities where several rooms have two circuits each. Profile DN40 in AISI 304 stainless steel, wall thickness 1.6 mm, length 780 mm. Each outlet is equipped with a flow meter 0–5 l/min and a socket M30×1.5 for a thermal actuator.

The heat carrier from the pump-mixing unit or heat pump enters the G 1" main inlet of the manifold and is evenly distributed across 14 outlets. Each outlet is a separate floor circuit with its own flow meter. The rotameter with a transparent cap displays the actual flow rate in l/min: for 14 circuits of different lengths, this is the only reliable way to ensure that each room receives the calculated amount of heat carrier. The shut-off valve allows reducing the flow in a short circuit and redistributing it to longer loops without complex on-site hydraulic calculations.
For a large house with 14 floor circuits, the heat pump is the most efficient heat source. Underfloor heating operates at a supply temperature of 30–45°C — this is the ideal mode for a heat pump with COP 4–5. Will a 14-outlet manifold fit in a standard cabinet?
For the TJ-W-14 with a length of 780 mm, the manifold cabinet No. 05 (12–14 outlets, width 965 mm) is intended. If installation with a mixing unit is planned, choose a cabinet with increased depth or place the unit nearby.
How to calculate the number of outlets for a house?
One outlet — one floor circuit. Recommended circuit length is 60–100 m with 16×2 pipe and a laying pitch of 150 mm. Find the total area with underfloor heating, divide it into sections of 6–10 m² per loop — you will get the required number of outlets.
